At ANGUILLA PSYCHIATRY, we believe everyone deserves access to compassionate and high-quality mental healthcare. We are a Virtual Psychiatry Clinic providing mental health services to patients in Anguilla and in Missouri.
Our unique model provides psychiatric care at no cost to the Citizens of Anguilla. Other visitors or inhabitants of Anguilla are charged $75.00 per appointment.
Patients in Missouri are charged a flat consultation fee of $75.00 per appointment. Any patients in Missouri who are unable to pay, we will provide charity care with verification and approval by our clinic staff. On all circumstances, patients are required to cover the cost of their own medications.
We provide psychopharmacological based-interventions and non-pharmacological interventions with Bible-based Talk Therapy and Supervised Exercise regimens for treatment insomnia, anxiety, addiction, adjustment disorders, depression, ADHD, mood instability, insomnia, and other DSM-5-TR psychiatric diagnoses.
We treat insomnia and have done extensive clinical research on the best medications that induce somnolence for patient experiencing severe sleep problems. All patients must reside in a medically underserved rural or urban areas of the state Missouri or in a Health Professions Shortage Area for Mental Health within Missouri.

- We are a CHRIST centered mental health clinic that provides Bible-based Talk Therapy with a problem solving approach. We use the King James Version of The Scriptures for our Talk Therapy sessions.
- Patients requesting Talk Therapy will be required to undergo a standard full initial Psychiatric Evaluation and may choose to proceed with or without medication management.
- All patients in Anguilla and in Missouri are responsible to pay for your their own prescription medications.
- All patients are required to provide proof of identify by sending a color photo or pdf version of their government issued identification.
- You will be required to complete the consent form(s) prior to proceeding with your appointment.

Our Mayo Clinic trained physician is board certified by the American Board of Clinical Pharmacology and an expert in clinical pharmacogenomics. Therapeutic Drug Monitoring is used with published pharmacokinetic models to address precision dosing concerns with patients with impaired renal function, impaired hepatic function, taking multiple prescription medications, who are elderly, have multiple co-morbidities, or have drug-drug-gene interactions.
Quantitive Electroencephalography (QEEG) Brain Mapping and subsequent EEG Neurofeedback are done for patients not wanting to take prescription medications. Moreover, we prescribe exercise regimens for patients not wanting to be prescribed psychotropic medications based on evidence-based medicine. Lastly, we provide Bible-based Problem Solving Talk Therapy for patients who prefer Online Therapy sessions with a physician. Each appointment is billed at an affordable flat rate of $75.00 for residents of Missouri and Non-Citizens of Anguilla. Citizens of Anguilla are consulted at no cost.
