At Eugene Clinic LLC, doing business as Anguilla Psychiatry, we believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality mental healthcare—regardless of their location or income. We are a Christ-centered psychiatric Telehealth clinic committed to serving Medically Underserved Areas and Mental Health Professional Shortage Areas in Missouri and Anguilla. Our unique model provides psychiatric care at no cost to patients, with the opportunity for voluntary, non-tax-deductible financial gifts to support our mission.
Our clinical team operates under licensed guidelines—leveraging Assistant Physician licensure in Missouri (per MO Rev Stat § 334.038) and full medical licensure in Anguilla. We focus on treating a variety of mental health conditions with a holistic approach that integrates evidence-based medicine and Biblical principles, when appropriate. Our goal is to provide hope, healing, and clarity through faith-led psychiatric care.

Our Services
We offer Telehealth psychiatric and pharmacological care with a focus on Christ-centered healing. Services are free for qualified patients in Missouri and Anguilla, with clinical pharmacology services available for a small fee.
Mental Health Services (Free)
All patients must be residents of Missouri (beginning September 2025) or citizens of Anguilla (beginning July 2025).

- Bipolar and Related Disorders – Stabilizing mood through personalized care.
- Memory Impairment – Support for cognitive clarity and brain health.
- PTSD – Healing past trauma with clinical and spiritual guidance.
- Bible-Based Christian Counseling – Faith-aligned counseling for emotional and spiritual renewal.
Clinical Pharmacology Services (Fee: $40)
Available for Missouri and Anguilla patients.
- Medication Management Review – Comprehensive medication analysis and safer usage strategies.
- Deprescribing & Polypharmacy Review – Reduce unnecessary or harmful medications in collaboration with your provider.
- Pharmacogenomics Interpretation – Tailored medication recommendations based on your genetics.

- No controlled substances will be prescribed (e.g., benzodiazepines, opioids, stimulants, psychedelics).
- Antidepressants will not be prescribed to patients under 25 due to FDA Black-Box Warning.
- Some prescriptions may require lab results ordered via your local physician.
- All patients must follow up with their local provider if symptoms persist.
